They’re looking for a Senior Speech Pathologist to step into a key leadership role and help shape clinical excellence in a genuinely multidisciplinary setting. About the role As the Senior Speech Pathologist, you will: Provide 1:1 therapy tailored to individual communication needs (children & adolescents) Contribute to a multidisciplinary clinic model, including structured MDT time Support and empower families, carers, and educators with practical strategies Mentor and supervise clinicians and students Drive best-practice approaches aligned with autism-specific, neurodiversity-affirming care Participate in advocacy and education initiatives within the local community Hours & structure: Flexible client facing hours, with morning afternoon appointments and MDT collaboration in the middle.
